When a member of Nippon Televisions staff visited New York, they found a copy of our "Stay Alive-A Guide to Survival in the Southwest Deserts" dvd program and purchased the rights to feature it on one of Japan's top prime-time shows.  At the end of the show, they even had a chef come out with a cactus, and cooked pieces of it for the staff to eat!  Here's a short excerpt of Preston speaking Japanese!
