Having gone into real estate in the boom year of 2004, Preston and his wife Nancy were kept busy getting their real estate business with Russ Lyon in Carefree going.  Several months went by, when they shocked the local real estate market by selling a house that no realtor had been able to sell for 6 years-a famous home built inside a pile of boulders in North Scottsdale called "The Boulder House."  Just before the $ 4.8 million sale took place, Diane Ryan featured the home on her "Cool House" special on Fox 10, with Preston as the tour guide.  It remains one of the few looks inside this incredible home.  See all of Preston's TV home tours:
